Description = The SpamCop Blocking List (SCBL) lists IP addresses which have transmitted reported email to SpamCop users. SpamCop, service providers and individual users then use the SCBL to block and filter unwanted email. The SCBL is a fast and automatic list of sites sending reported mail, fueled by a number of sources, including automated reports and SpamCop user submissions.

Description = Formerly known as MAPS RSS (Relay Spam Stopper), this is now the Trend Micro Reputation Service. This is an extensive list of IP addresses of known insecure ("open relay") mail servers. TMRS is carefully maintained and only contains IP addresses that are known to have relayed spam via an open relay. All listings are investigated and confirmed to be an insecure server. When an IP address is added to this list, effort is made to contact the owner of the server and alert them that they have an open relay that is being abused, allowing them to correct the problem.
